Naples: Location and surroundings of this property

The Corso Vittorio Emanuele is one of the longest and most famous streets of Naples, able to give its visitors beautiful views and interesting architecture to admire. It has an ancient and interesting history: it was wanted and designed by Ferdinand II of Bourbon to create a road that could be easily reached from the heart of Naples, Via Toledo, and was able to connect the area of Piedigrotta to the hilly area of the city. Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the surrounding area are well served by public transport (bus, Cumana railway and three Funiculars), a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. The historic center and the famous Via Toledo are reachable on foot through the characteristic and suggestive Spanish Quarters, destination of many Italian and foreign tourists. Taking the Chiaia Funicular you can reach in a few minutes the Vomero district or the central Piazza Amedeo, where both metro lines are located.
