Capo d'Arco: Location and surroundings of this property

Capo d'Arco is a private residential area, spread over more than 100 hectares, nestled within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. It is located on the Cannelle promontory, in Rio dell'Isola d'Elba. The closest town is Porto Azzurro, five-minute drive away. The District is divided into about 200 residential units including villas, terraced houses and apartments. Capo d’Arco services include bathing equipment, swimming pools, tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, bars and restaurants, a minimarket, children playground, recreational spaces for animation and relaxation. There are also several nature trails both within the District and connecting with the neighboring areas, to be reached on foot, by bike or by motorbike. Capo d’Arco is entirely fenced and access, reserved exclusively for members and theirs, is regulated by a guardian service. The complex is 20 minutes away from Capoliveri and the airport of Campo nell’Elba can be reached by car in about 45 minutes and offers direct connections to Pisa and Florence as well as to Milan and Lugano during summer period.
