Villa Teresita built in 1888 by the Milanese engineer Luigi Luvoni represents perfectly this period. Villa Teresita, as of today still shows the plaque at the entrance gate, owing its name to that of the daughter of the owner, who conceived its construction. Today Villa Teresita, although requiring renovation, is in Lago Maggiore an icon of style and great charm, where you can still breathe the true elegance and atmosphere "fin di siècle" that the eclectic engineer managed to create and that which thanks to the family have managed to guard with loving care.
