Waterfront villa with access to the sea

This villa is situated on the sea front with direct and private access to the water. It is in an incredible position that allows easy access to Porto Rotondo, Olbia, Golfo Aranci and the most beautiful beaches on the coast. Built on two levels, the villa is a semi-detached house. The architectural style is faithful to the traditional coastal houses of Gallura, with exposed stonework, terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed juniper beams. On the ground floor, the living room welcomes the guests with the colours of the enchanting seascape, thanks to the French windows that give access to the spacious covered terrace. On the same floor there is a separate kitchen (which opens onto the terrace). The sleeping area includes a single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs there are three further bedrooms with access to the pool (including a double en-suite and two single bedrooms, each with its own bathroom) and the laundry. Outside, the free-form swimming pool overlooks the bay, while a path winds its way through the Mediterranean scrub and granite rocks and leads to the water's edge platform.
