In a few kilometres it is possible to reach restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, banks, post offices and all essential services. The property is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods, typical of the area. In the immediate vicinity are the renowned Chianti wineries, the medieval villages of San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Barberino Val d'Elsa, Radda and Greve in Chianti. The property is located in a very strategic area, in fact the highway is only 12 km away. Florence and Siena are about 30 minutes away by car. The closest airport is that of Florence but those of Pisa and Bologna are also easily reachable in about an hour and a half and Rome Fiumicino and Milan in about three hours.
