Messina: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located in the northern area of the metropolitan city of Messina, on the Sperone hill, a promontory from which there is a beautiful view of the sea embracing the Strait, the Torre Faro pier and the Ganzirri lakes. In particular, Sperone is located between Faro Superiore and Capo Peloro, along the northern side of the Papardo stream. This small hamlet in the Messina area (one of the 48 ‘villages’ of the city of Messina) is characterised by the presence of numerous residential complexes that have developed over time, surrounded by the green of the surrounding hills. The area is provided with all the main services, is about twenty minutes' drive from the city centre, and just about ten minutes from the seaside area of the northern coastline.
