Valsolda is an area on the Italian side of Lake Lugano and is within walking distance from the capital of Ticino and Lake Como. The town of San Mamette can be considered the center of Valsolda because there are several restaurants, shops and cafes. Valsolda is well known for its southern exposure to the sun and its typical Mediterranean climate. Valsolda borders with Switzerland. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the center of Lugano. The Agno airport offers direct connections to the Zurich International Airport and it is only a 20 minutes' drive while the Milan Malpensa international airport in Italy can be reached in about 1 hour. The small town of Menaggio, one of the most beautiful tourist destinations on Lake Como, is about 20 minutes away. There is an efficient bus service leaving several times a day from Lugano.

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
