Imposing and panoramic seventeenth-century farmhouse

On the edge of the small hilly hamlet of Colombella, close to the Villa of the same name, now a UNESCO site, we offer for sale an imposing seventeenth-century country residence which has been remodeled and enlarged several times over the centuries. A first time at the beginning of the nineteenth century and a second time in the mid-1930s, expanding the structure up to the current 450 square meters. The exposed beams, ancient terracotta tiles, original doors and fireplace engravings give the structure a very special historical charm. The upper floor is obviously dedicated to the sleeping area and is also conceptually divided into two parts: on the left side we find two large double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a large living room with wardrobe area and two bathrooms; on the right side an apartment, connected but independent from all points of view, composed of living room with kitchenette and fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The property is completed by a small outbuilding of 40 square meters, currently used as a tool shed, a garden of almost 5,000 square meters, fully fenced and equipped with motorized gate, a well and irrigation system and two hectares of agricultural land.
