Villa NZEB with pool and panoramic view

Built according to the latest construction techniques, aimed at reducing the energy impact, integrating the use of natural materials to make the living environment healthy, the villa is a perfect example of Passivhaus: zero consumption house. In fact, the thermal insulation, a heating and cooling system managed by a hydronic heat pump powered by photovoltaic panels (16 kW) and a collector with storage for solar thermal, set totally at zero energy consumption. In addition, the presence of a well within the grounds also allows water consumption to be reduced to zero. The security of the house is entrusted to a volumetric and perimeter alarm system. The customer's desire to have a close dialogue between inside and outside and to be able to enjoy as much natural light as possible has been realized with the large windows that characterize the front elevation of the building, providing an open view of the Gulf of Catania from any point in the house. A panorama that becomes unique from the swimming pool, which thanks to a heating system can be used all year round. A large plot of more than 7.000 m², partly tended to as a garden and partly cultivated with olive trees, contributes to making life inside the property even more healthy and peaceful. Two independent driveways provide access to the ground floor and basement respectively.
