AGRICULTURAL LAND SANT'AGATA DEI GOTI

Ancient late eighteenth century farmhouse with two buildings attached with about 60,000 square meters of orchards and olive groves immersed in nature, on the hills of Sant 'Agata dei Goti in the province of Benevento. The land is currently planted with olive groves typical of the Sannio area of Benevento and partly with orchards with a predominance of cherry and apricot trees, but which can be transformed into the Sannio DOC PGI vineyard. In a panoramic and sunny position it is surely a unique property, bordered by the river Isclero and enjoys the presence of 2 sources of drinking water and 3 wells of exclusive property. In the farm there is a ruin of about 700 square meters, a stable of about 70 square meters and a warehouse of about 200 square meters. The recovery of the ruin and the renovations of the other buildings would allow to increase the value of the entire property also considering the agritourism vocation of the area; it is now known that the agritourism activity is such only if it is closely linked to the agricultural activity and, therefore, the farm's land plays a fundamental role.
