Not far from the historic centre of Milo, a mid-19th century farmhouse surrounded by greenery with the presence of a DOC vineyard of about 2 hectares. The property is located in an exceptional setting and consists of a main structure that is spread over two levels and a small rustic building, within the vineyard. The interior of the villa is in excellent condition, with large and numerous bright rooms. All the rooms have been cared for down to the smallest detail, which enhance the authentic Etna style, maintaining original elements of the period that are sometimes more modern, thanks to a skilful restoration work. The land that partly surrounds the property is spread over comfortable terraces, in which saplings of "Caricante" - Etna Bianco DOC have been planted, covering approximately 6,000 square meters. From every corner of the house it is possible to admire the sea of the Ionian coast and Mount Etna.
