To get there, you have to cover about 2 km of dirt road partially to be rearranged. The highway is approximately 20 km away. The nearest airports are that of Rome at a couple of hours by car and Perugia at about an hour. The property is located a few kilometres from all the spa towns of Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, San Casciano and Chianciano Terme. Same distances for the art cities of Pienza and Montepulciano.
