Brezzo: Location and surroundings of this property

Brezzo di Bedero is a small town above Germignaga, from where you can enjoy a breath-taking Lake view, it is about 10 minutes’ from Luino and 5 Germignaga. This town is famous for its panoramic viewpoints “Il Belvedere” with a stunnig view on Lake Maggiore. The municipal territory ranges widely between lake and hills and offers to tourists many views and relax opportunities. In particular, the municipal beach is known for its crystal-clear waters, one of the twelve best beaches in the province. Not far we find Luino with all its tourist attractions and its amenities. Luino is characterized by history and culture with an inclination for literature since it gave birth to many writers, poets and modern actors. Luino is famous for its new and wonderful lakeside with two playgrounds, an aerial bridge on the, and also a beach, “Le Serenelle”, recently certificated for its excellent bathing levels. Other beach, not too far away from Luino, is in Colmegna hamlet, famous for its crystal-clear waters. A walk through the historical centre, with the narrow streets, the Renaissance and Baroque palaces, the arcades of the inner courtyards, the artisan workshops and shops, is also very beautiful. One of the main attractions is the market on Wednesdays, one of the major events in Luino. It is a real weekly fair with more than 350 stands along the downtown streets and along the Lake. For sport and Lake lovers, there is also the Upper Verbano Sailing Centre, one of the very first on Lake Maggiore, where you have the possibility to hire a speedboat. However, thanks to the capillary transport system offered by Lake Maggiore Navigation you can easily reach the Borromean Islands or the neighbouring Switzerland. Not far from Luino, in Maccagno, we can find the little Forcora Ski Resort.
