Molteno, in the heart of Brianza, is located in a strategically important area: a short distance from Lake Como, between the cities of Lecco, Como and Milan, in the area of the smaller lakes of Brianza. Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
