The property is located in the countryside near Certaldo, about 5 minutes from the first services and 15 minutes from the town centre, in a very scenic and quiet location, but at the same time not isolated and easy to reach as there is no unpaved road. The area is also decidedly strategic from a tourist point of view: Florence and its airport are about 40 minutes by car, the Chianti Classico area with San Casciano in Val di Pesa and Barberino Tavarnelle can be reached in 15 minutes, San Gimignano in about 40 minutes, Siena and the coast in about 1h/1h10.
