Description
Ancient rustic tower, masterfully renovated over the last few decades, with excellent raw materials and fine finishes. All the internal doors and the kitchen are made of oak, also there are handcrafted ceramic handles, induction cooker, parquet and waxed terracotta floors. The vaulted arches and stone thresholds have been maintained as well as all the original characteristics, such as some small spaces, from which closets, wardrobes and niches have been created. Restoration with attention to the smallest details, with anti-seismic structural interventions and energy efficiency (class C) with roof renovation, construction of an internal coat and high insulation fixtures. The house is developed on 3 levels plus a habitable attic. On the ground floor there is an entrance with gate onto a large courtyard, cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette, corridors, bedroom and bathroom. Going up, through a spiral staircase in precious wood, we find a small bathroom and a bedroom with a roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Going down, on the first basement floor there are two bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and each with a hallway and ensuite bathroom, one of which with a bathtub. Finally, on the second basement floor, we find a bright and warm tavern with a large ventilated fireplace, kitchen, laundry room and secondary entrance with a door faithful to the original. Outside there is a courtyard of about 90 square meters with a wooden sauna and barbecue and a few meters from this, a sun terrace with a wide view of the mountains, an external staircase leading to the tavern and finally an area for vehicles.
