Perledo: Location and surroundings of this property

The town of Perledo is situated only 5 minutes by car above Varenna, the jewel of Lake Como, ideally situated with road and rail connections accessing Milan directly within an hour. Extensive boat services for both foot passengers and vehicles run from Varenna to all ends of the lake. A service runs throughout the year with tourist boats in summer calling at many villages from Colico to Como and Lecco. Varenna itself is a charming town with excellent restaurants, bars and hotels.
