The approx. 3200 sqm garden has yet to be laid out, which in turn offers the necessary advantages to fully adapt the environment to one's own wishes, especially in terms of landscaping. The Eco-shelter is equipped with photovoltaic panels to generate electricity. An accumulation battery can be added if required. Heating is via the split air conditioning units located in the house. Cosily warm in winter, invigoratingly cool in summer. A technical room is provided on the outside. The property is connected to the water and electricity grid and has a latest-generation wastewater treatment plant. Next to the Eco-shelter is an additional unit, which still needs to be finished with durable thermoset wood finish on the outside, and on which the photovoltaic panels are located. The window and door openings are already provided, the finishing inside depends on the new owner's personal taste.
