In progressTovere is the highest and most panoramic hamlet of the town of Amalfi. In ancient times it was an area inhabited mainly by lemon and citrus growers, while today it represents a small village of peace and tranquility in which many Amalfitani and tourists try to refresh and regenerate. Accessible by car and bus from the center of Amalfi, 20 minutes away, and/ or from other neighboring towns, the village has only some essential services. Amalfi center, Conca dei Marini, Furore and Agerola are the most immediate areas.
