Lezzeno: Location and surroundings of this property

The town of Lezzeno overlooks the waters of Lake Como and is on the eastern shore of the Como branch between Nesso and Bellagio which extends for 7 kilometers and includes seventeen villages. It borders with Bellagio and can be reached by ferry from both Menaggio and Bellagio in a few minutes. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
