Lecco is the town that inspired Italian poet Alessandro Manzoni to write one of the most important and famous novels in Italian literature, ‘I promessi sposi’ (The Betrothed). Commission details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
