Commission Details

The commission shall mature and become due at the time when the buyer becomes aware that his offer has been accepted by the seller and must be paid before the signing date of the preliminary sale agreement (compromise). Trentino Real Estate s.r.l. (licensee of Engel & Völkers Italia s.r.l.) and its real estate agents have the right to immediately demand the payment of the commission. Our company considers this information truthful, not taking any responsibility for omissions, inaccuracies and recent changes. The buyer is obliged to give prior notice if he or she has previously seen the property. For all else, our general conditions, the provisions of Italian legislation in the field of real estate brokerage and the Italian Civil Code apply.
