Medieval church to be restored
- 750 m² Total surface
- 45,000 m² Plot surface
Description
The first evidence of this church complex dates back to the Middle Ages. The Church was at the service of a fortified castle, not far from the site and still existing. Being on the border between the powerful municipalities of central Italy such as Perugia, Siena or Florence and the Papal State and thanks to its important position for controlling the countryside north of Lake Trasimeno, it is undoubtedly a complex with a high historical value. The renovation must therefore bring to light the ancient splendor of a unique property. The main body, or the Church, covers an area of about 450 square meters. There is also an annex, from a more recent period, of about 150 square meters that can be extended by a further 150 square meters. The property includes approximately 4.5 ha of land.
