Commission Details

The mediation assignment with ‘FCF real estate srl’ (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) will be formalised through the signing of a separate agreement and/or through the use of the services listed in our brochure or in our real estate fact sheets and related clauses. The fee payable by the buyer/landlord for the mediation (commission), plus VAT at the statutory rate, amounts to 3.5 % of the sale price of the property or 10 % of the annual rent. The entitlement to the commission accrues, in the case of purchase and sale, at the time when the Buyer learns of the Seller's acceptance of his proposal; in the case of leasing, at the time when the tenant becomes aware of the acceptance of the lease proposal.
