This property is located only two kilometers from the city center and is immersed and surrounded by the green rolling hills of Umbria. It is an organic farm that is also used as an accommodation facility, but can be used as a home for a large family, or for several households, enjoying an exclusive space with every comfort. Past the entrance driveway, we find ourselves in front of the stone farmhouse intended for the restaurant activity. On the right side of the farmhouse, we then find another farmhouse originally made of stone, dated 1880, once a hunting lodge, currently divided into three apartments, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The apartments consist of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and one or two bedrooms. The farmhouse could be unified into a single unit by making some modifications. Next to it is a small outbuilding, another independent apartment. In a private position, on the other side of the riding stables, there is the manor house, built in bio-architecture. The villa is surrounded by a wonderful private and fenced garden of about 2500 square meters, with numerous fruit trees and a carport, and offers a splendid panoramic view. The villa is developed almost entirely on the ground floor, and consists of a large and bright living room with an entire glass wall overlooking the valley, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a wellness area with a sauna, jacuzzi pool, and Turkish bath. The farm is just 2 kilometers from the center of Città di Castello, in Umbria, a lively town of about 60,000 inhabitants, which hosts a variety of cultural and historical events throughout the year. Città di Castello is only 15 kilometers from Sansepolcro, Tuscany's first town, 30 kilometers from Apecchio, in the Marche region, only 1 hour's drive to the sea at Fano, and about 20 kilometers from Emilia Romagna.
