The design of the new residential complex takes its inspiration from the territory and its morphological characteristics. The terraces typically used in the Garda area for cultivation, with their retaining walls and green plains, and the narrow lanes winding through the local villages, are the basic elements that have been reinterpreted in contemporary design. The six villas, although part of a single residence, are articulated in such a way as to be perceived as independent in order to guarantee a high level of privacy while respecting the view and the open spaces. The villa is on two levels with the 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, ensuring comfort and liveability of the spaces. The full-height windows offer lots of light to the rooms and give a feeling of continuity between indoor and outdoor space. The large garden accommodates the private pool with sundeck where you can relax with the family and/or enjoy summer days with friends. Each unit has a double garage in the basement connected via the staircase walkway.
