Ballabio: Location and surroundings of this property

The small town of Ballabio is located on the eastern shore of Lake Como, a few kilometres from the provincial capital Lecco. Ballabio is located at the beginning of the Valsassina, between the Southern Grigna and Mount Due Mani, a short distance from the Piani di Bobbio and Valtorta ski resorts. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
