We reach this charming little villa in a beautiful context, typical of the Lido di Venezia. In the vicinity are the sailing club and the tennis club, the sea can be reached in a few minutes' walk, as can the ancient and picturesque village of Malamocco, with its characteristic and evocative clubs. On the whole, the property seems to us very attractive as a holiday home, to reserve a space of precious escape from the noisy metropolitan daily routine and take refuge in the quietness, nature and the gentler calls of the Malamocco area.
