Description
This “Piccolo Borgo Antico” is made up of four distinct and independent buildings that overlook the main street, Via Postumia. The building, of a total of 800 square meters, stands on three open-space floors, the former carriage warehouse boasts an area of over 200 square meters with an outbuilding of 60 square meters in addition to the stables arranged on 2 floors of 560 square meters. The building, a manor house dating back to 1400 and later used as a granary, has a rectangular plan on three levels, for a total of about 800 square meters and 2300 cubic meters. The former warehouse has an area of about 200 square meters and a volume of about 500 cubic meters; the interior is divided into 3 rooms; the roof is pitched supported by wooden trusses. The adjacent building, on the other hand, is spread over two levels for a total area of 120 square meters and a volume of about 350 cubic meters. The former stables, with a rectangular plan, boast a total area of 560 square meters, with a volume of about 1300 cubic meters. The real estate complex is characterized by large spaces and volumes that can be used for commercial and cultural activities, but it can be suitable for the construction of accommodation facilities or residential complexes. The properties are in fact inserted in a fenced park of about 2600 square meters, bordering that of the adjacent Villa Onesti, which can be used as a green area for sports / recreational use or be transformed into an exclusive parking area for the buildings.
