From this hill in Isola d'Asti, one can admire a splendid panorama; the Alps frame the vineyards surrounding the property and mark the succession of the surrounding hilltop villages. The farmhouse is reached by passing through the vineyards, and upon entering, one feels almost out of this world, so relaxing and evocative it is, while in reality being only a few minutes from Asti and the comforts to which we are accustomed. The farmhouse was rebuilt on what was an old farmhouse, and it is therefore perfect and magnificently maintained by the owners; in the project, the typical features of the place and materials were taken into account, combining them with the modernity of our time, in a splendid blend of materials, structural solutions, and typical features. The ground floor opens into a magnificent open space living room, kitchen, and dining area, onto which the upstairs living room opens like a balcony; the large windows give brightness and spaciousness to the whole house. A corridor leads to two bedrooms, the bathroom, and the laundry room, while on the north side of the house, a large and welcoming porch, accessed from the living area, offers refreshment on summer days and is perfectly equipped with a barbecue, wood oven, kitchen, to enjoy the wonder of the panorama with family and friends. Upstairs, reached by an elegant and comfortable steel and wood staircase, we find a living room with a ventilated fireplace, large and bright windows, a ceiling with exposed beams, and a balcony opening that allows a view of the dining room below; these are elements that definitely characterize the house. Two other bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet, and a generously sized bathroom complete this part of the farmhouse. A wonderful cellar, which has been renovated and kept original, featuring a typical "infernot" carved into the tuff, takes us back in time and is ideal for tasting and storing the great wines of our territory. The floors throughout the house are homogeneous, in fine ceramic, the internal and external fixtures are also of the highest quality, as are the systems and components of the bathrooms; the heating is underfloor, and everything is perfectly in order and ready to be fully enjoyed. The property has about 10,000 square meters of land, of which about 4,000 are lawn with garden and courtyard; there is also a canopy at the back of the house with access to the cellar, and an external room for storing tools. The lawn in front of the large porch is ideal for installing a beautiful pool without major works, which would enjoy a truly superb panorama.
