Cosy flat close to San Marco

We are in Frezzaria, the street that runs between Campo San Fantin, where the 'La Fenice' theatre is located, and Piazza San Marco. The name 'Frezzaria' has a curious origin: at the time of the Serenissima, in fact, along this street there were, in addition to a number of artisan activities, numerous factories and arrow shops. Today the calle is characterised by an almost uninterrupted succession of high-level commercial activities and boasts a very central and strategic position. Turning into a quiet and out-of-the-way side street, we reach the flat's independent entrance: we cross the threshold and find, on the left, a practical first bathroom, equipped with septic tanks to be adapted. Opposite the entrance, on the other hand, is the staircase leading to the first floor. We then enter, on the right, the first room, connected to the living room, and continuing we find the kitchen and the second bathroom. The well-exploited spaces, the independent entrance and the very central location make this flat an excellent solution both as an investment and as a pied-à-terre to live in the heart of Venice, literally a stone's throw from St. Mark's Square.
