The location is Porto Budello, a colorful and strategic inlet where, in the 17th century, an impressive watchtower was erected to defend against pirates. The area is famous for encompassing coastal scenery of unparalleled beauty, where romantic cliffs alternate with white beaches. The most famous is Tuerredda, with its Caribbean-like appeal. Nearby, there are also the beaches of Campionna, Piscinnì and Sa Canna, popular with divers. Another pearl is Capo Malfatano, wild and characteristic, overlooked by a Spanish tower and with a pond behind it, a Phoenician landing bay. The beach of Porto Tramatzu has fine white sand and emerald waters. The unique desert of the European territory is Arenas Biancas near Porto Pino, whose white dunes are accessible from a road inside the polygon. The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
