Description
The project born in 2010 included the construction of a village with 11 apartments of various sizes for a total of about 1000 square meters. The renovation, stopped since 2013, involved the construction of buildings classified in A++. At present, only one of the three buildings has been built and it is in a rough state, divided into six almost completed apartments, set up with underfloor heating, external cladding made of geostone, thermal insulation and with the predisposition of systems for bathrooms and kitchens. There are no coverings, sanitary ware and fixtures. The second building which provides for the construction of three other apartments is stationary at the foundations. The third planned building is only on paper. The area surrounding the complex is approximately 4,000 square meters and is intended for the creation of private gardens available to the apartments. Within this area there is a 20 KW photovoltaic system with on-the-spot metering built in 2011 that enjoys a contribution from the GSE until 2031, in addition to the energy produced available to the buildings. Other lands are also part of the property for a total of 8 hectares with another ruined farmhouse inside with an old dryer, which can give rise to a cubic volume of another 850/1000 square meters. This area has a century-old oak forest covering an area of approximately 2 hectares, which could be used as a large park in which to build a sports center.
