Building with an ancient rural flavour

The building was built between the 1800s and early 1900s and originally functioned as a wine factory. It features a large wine warehouse on the ground floor, a large courtyard at the back, and a residence on the second floor. The facade of the building reflects the architecture of the period, with artistic details and elaborate decoration. The warehouse on the ground floor features nine star vaults at a height of 6 meters, giving this evocative room with many stories to tell a sense of infinity gives a feeling of endlessness. There are still numerous perimeter and underground tanks, which served to store wine. The floor is paved in stone, which also continues into the outdoor courtyard, perfectly tying the two rooms together. The property has two entrances, one from the main road to the warehouse and one from Via Mazzini, from which the courtyard is accessed. The second floor also has access from the two streets, and climbing the stairs leads to the residential area of the building. Here, the interior is characterized by large halls with vaulted ceilings. The dwelling consists of two independent rooms and three other communicating rooms. In one of the communicating rooms we find a large open fireplace decorating the room. Two bathrooms and two storage rooms complete the property. All rooms have vaulted ceilings and original cement floors of the period. A covered veranda overlooks the main street and a large uncovered terrace instead overlooks the inner courtyard. This historic building is a testament to Italian culture.
