Consumption certificateWe are in Zeme, about fifteen minutes' drive from the hills of Monferrato in an area, the “Lomellina”, rich in nature reserves and natural monuments, established by the Lombardy Region and two regional parks: the Lombardy Natural Park of the Ticino Valley, the first regional park established in Italy in January 1974, and the Po Vercellese/Alessandrino Park, of the Piedmont Region. These protected areas in the Lomellina exist thanks to the presence within them of internationally renowned wildlife values. During the 1970s it was realised how important the colonial heron populations of the central Po Valley were among the populations of the western Palearctic, with the Lomellina at the centre. Today, in a more complete picture of knowledge, this region is confirmed as one of the richest and most ornithologically interesting on the continent. For this and other reasons, such as the presence of numerous castles of historical interest and the typical cuisine offered by the many restaurants and trattorias in the area, Lomellina has always been chosen as a tourist destination or as a place to have a second home by many Lombards who want to escape the noise of the city to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside. Numerous events, especially in the summer, take place in the many villages in this area. Zeme is easy to reach, in fact it is only forty-five minutes by car from Milan and 10 minutes from the Casale Monferrato motorway exit, and it is also convenient to all the main services. In addition to those already mentioned, Lomellina possesses many hidden treasures all to be discovered during a stay in this true oasis of peace.
The task of mediation for our agency and our agents of real estate is awarded by signing the specific document, or rather, in the case of absence, by the realization of tasks of the services attached in our brochure, our sketches of real estate and related clauses.
