This house in need of renovation is situated on a sunny terrace with breathtaking views of the Dolomites, in the "Sunny Village" of Taisten at an elevation of around 1200 meters above sea level. Taisten belongs to the municipality of Welsberg and is located at the entrance to the picturesque Gsies Valley, nestled between forests and meadows. A small grocery store is within walking distance directly from the house, while the nearest supermarket is located in the center of Welsberg, just a few minutes' drive away. In the immediate vicinity of the house, there is also a bar adjacent to the kindergarten and elementary school. The soccer field, which is used as an ice rink in winter, is only 300 meters from the village center and is a popular meeting point in the village. This small village offers various opportunities to enjoy the tranquility of nature, whether it's a stroll along the Talblickweg (Valley View Trail), various hikes to Taisten Vorderalm, the "Natürlich gesund" Kneipp pyramid walking path, or higher up to Lutterkopf. In winter, there are various snowshoe hiking possibilities, and the excellent opportunity to glide along the approximately 40 km long cross-country ski trail through the Gsies Valley. Skiers can conveniently reach the nearest larger ski areas such as KRONPLATZ and the DREI ZINNEN DOLOMITES area in about 20 minutes. In the village itself, a small ski lift provides entertainment.
