Florence is 55 km away, Arezzo 27 km, Cortona 35 km, Montepulciano 40 km, Siena 35 km and Greve in Chianti 47 km. Rome, too, can be reached for a day visit as it is 200 km away by car or more easily from Arezzo railway station. The farmhouse is about half way to two toll booths of the A1 motorway, the first about 18 minutes away and the second about 10 minutes by car. The access road to the property is good, paved and lit. Situated at the foot of a beautiful and characteristic Tuscan village, only 500 meters away, which can also be reached on foot and which can offer essential services and two famous restaurants.
