The area is located in the Municipality of Pula (Cagliari) on the southern coast of Sardinia, 3 km from the beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula and lies at the base of the Is Cannoneris state forest, consisting of a wide holm oak wood, the largest in Europe, stretching from the territory of Santadi and Teulada, on the south-western side of the Sulcis mountains, to the territory of Domus de Maria and Pula, on their eastern side. The land is close to the international golf compendium of Is Molas (about 300m). Cagliari, its international airport and port are about 35 km away, while the town of Pula and the archaeological and tourist area of Nora are about 6 km away. The beaches of Chia and Tuerredda are easily reached in about 15-20 minutes.
Commission Details
The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
