Commission Details

The appointment for the rental with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions. The brokerage fee (commission) is to be paid by the tenant in the amount of 10.00 % + VAT on the first rental year. The commission shall mature and become due at the acceptance of the rental proposal by the property owner. In addition to the commission, the Tenant agrees to pay to the Real Estate Agency the amount of Euro 200 + VAT for the possible redaction and registration of the rental contract. Real Estate International Srl (Licensee of Engel & Völkers Italia Srl) and its agents have, therefore, the right to immediately demand the payment of the commission when the above mentioned circumstance occurs.
