In the historic center of Roddi, at the heart of the UNESCO-designated "World Heritage" zone, this property offers the opportunity to live in a special setting and enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Completely renovated in 2014, the building combines historic charm with modern comfort. Once, the building housed the renowned "Trattoria Italia," one of the first restaurants in the Langhe region. During the post-war period, when the Langhe was still a rural area, the trattoria was an iconic meeting point. People danced, enjoyed traditional dishes on rustic tables adorned with typical checkered tablecloths, and played billiards. In front of the trattoria, they played pallapugno, or "pantalera," as they say in the Langhe.
