Ancient Etruscan village, Castiglioncello dominates a small promontory that is the last extremity of Livorno’s mountains. Castiglioncello is a very important holiday destination loved by national and international tourists. Someone renamed it as “the diamond of Tirreno”. The city is very charming and it perfectly connects the couple culture-relax. There are nice reddish cliffs overlooking the sea, covered bays, beaches, crystal-clear water and in addition to these elements, also a nice pine forest that inspired many artists, painters, writers and poets. Alberto Sordi, a very important Italian actor, was also amazed by the beauty of Castiglioncello, where he bought a luxury villa, where he used to spend his “amazing holidays” – as he used to say. When talking about Castiglioncello, the comparison with a little oasis absorbed in nature, comes naturally. It is close to the most important Tuscan places, but it feels very far from chaotic spots, where peace, silence and tranquility reign. It is located in Val di Bisenzio, between the chain of Calavana and The Tuscan-Emilian Appennino: a little jewel full of history and local culture. Castiglioncello was also painted by the Macchiaioli, it became popular among well-known people working in culture and show businesses. This little town grew out into a lively cultural center. This village is also perfect for those who love snorkeling, diving, fishing, sailing and windsurfing. Castiglioncello is a 20-minute drive away from Livorno, 40 minutes from Pisa’s International Airport and around 1.5 hours away from Florence.

The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
