In progressPanarea is one of the seven islands of the Aeolian archipelago and at 3.5 km is the smallest island of the Aeolian Islands. It lies northeast of Salina and Lipari and is 30 km from Stromboli. The tourist port of Milazzo is 65 km away. Panarea belongs to the municipality of Lipari in the province of Messina. San Pietro, Drautt and Ditella are the island's three hamlets. The centre with boutiques, bars and restaurants is in San Pietro where the boat jetty is located. Just beyond the centre of the hamlet of Drautt is 'la Cala degli Zimmari', one of Panarea's famous beaches. From here, a path leads to Punta Milazzese, where there are the remains of a prehistoric village. There is also an ancient path leading to Cala Junco, known as the most beautiful cove in the archipelago. It is a natural amphitheatre formed by rocks surrounding an impressive natural pool. Also off the island are the uninhabited islets of Basiluzzo, Spinazzola, Lisca Bianca, Dattilo, Bottaro, Lisca Nera and the Panarelli and Formiche rocks, which, together with the active volcano of Stromboli, create a wonderful atmosphere, both from land and from one's own boat.The island has a landing platform for helicopters and can be reached by ferry, speedboat or your own yacht. The house in particular is located in the hamlet of Drautt, undoubtedly the most popular area of Panarea, near the 'La Sirena' restaurant and beautifully framed by the cliffs of the famous 'Cala degli Zimmari' beach, as the crow flies a few hundred metres above the helicopter landing pad. You get there by climbing a long flight of steps set among the Drautto rocks.
The brokerage fee (commission) is paid by the buyer in the amount of 4.00% + VAT of the purchase price of the property.
