The villa is set in a small residential community at a walking distance from the village of Chia, the small church, the fruit and vegetable shops, the market and local restaurants. Chia's strong point is its renowned bay: from the tower that dominates the shoreline, there is access to a long beach of golden sand with coves interspersed with thick Mediterranean scrub and lapped by an emerald green sea. Thanks to their shallow waters, all the beaches along the Chia coastline are popular with families with children and with underwater fishing and diving enthusiasts. Chia is also an ideal destination for surfers and kite-surfers. The area is also a destination for trekking and mountain-biking enthusiasts because of the old Roman road that starts in Santa Margherita and offers breathtaking views of the coastline. Commission Details
The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions. The agent's commission in the amount of 4.00% on the purchase price plus the compulsory VAT shall accrue from when the Purchaser becomes aware of the acceptance of his/her purchase offer (proposta d'acquisto) by the Seller.
