It is divided into three fractions, Madesimo, Pianazzo, Isola, and Montespluga, while the nearby town of Motta is a hamlet of the municipality of Campodolcino (to which it is connected by a funicular). It is a well-known area for winter sports, with over 60 km of ski slopes and numerous cross-country trails for excursions on a snowmobile and for going snowkiting. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
