In progressThe tranquil municipality of San Pietro di Cadore is located in the province of Belluno, around half an hour from the Passo Monte Croce in Sesto and has a population of 1,472. It is a traditional Alpine village, surrounded by mystical forests, green meadows and the majestic Dolomites. The municipality has four fractions: Mare, Presenaio, Valle and Costalta, where the mountain hut is also located. The village, made up of characteristic, beautifully restored houses and typical narrow streets, offers all the main services, restaurants, bars and shops. San Pietro di Cadore is also known for some remarkable sights and mountain huts that attract visitors in both summer and winter. About 20 minutes away by car is the "Ski Area Val Comelico" in Padola, which is connected to the Passo Monte Croce and the Three Peaks ski area in South Tyrol. The Costalta fraction is located just a few minutes from the main town of San Pietro, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the entire valley. It is also home to the Casa "Angiul Sai" Museum, where you can discover the architecture and culture of the mountains. In the fraction there is a restaurant, a bakery, a bar and a small "corner shop". The mountain hut is located approx. 2 kilometres above Costalta.

The brokerage contract with us and/or our agent is concluded by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/Exposé and its terms and conditions.
