Farmhouses of the great oak tree

Overlooking the pristine green of a lush valley and the blue of the large pool, stands this enchanting all-stone property. Throughout the farmhouse there are the typical elements of Umbrian/Tuscan country houses, with wooden beams and tiles on the ceiling and original tiles as the floor. The farmhouse intended for guests or used as a vacation home, stands right in front of the large swimming pool. On the first floor there is a living room with panoramic views and wood stove, a large covered terrace where you can spend pleasant moments outdoors and enjoy the landscape, as well as two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which has a large terrace and panoramic views. The property is completed by the pool, with salt water and heated, equipped with a thermal towel to prevent the water from getting cold at night, and a meticulously maintained outdoor area with plants and flowers of the area.
