In progressJust a few minutes from Lecce, a town named in honor of Caesar Augustus, with origins dating back to 237 BC, Roman times, welcomes and surprises us with its simple beauty and unexpected majesty. During feudal times several noble families followed one another and left traces of their presence with historic villas and palaces. In a reasonably small radius we find four important churches and the Ducal Palace around which San Cesario develops. Nowadays considered part of the agglomeration of the city of Lecce, San Cesareo is sought after both for its tranquility at a stone's throw from the city and for its strategic position ideally located between Porto Cesareo and the nature reserve Le Cesine. In addition to being an area very rich in accommodations, restaurants and stores, San Cesario is known for being since 1978 the home of the famous pastry chef Natale, best known for his Pasticceria e Gelateria on Via Trinchese in Lecce.
The assignment of mediation to our agency and our real estate agents is conferred through the signing of a specific document or, failing that, through the use of the services listed in our brochure, in our real estate files and ralative clauses.
