Moltrasio is a town on the western shore of Lake Como and next to Cernobbio and it belongs to the most elegant villages of Lake Como. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
