Description
Innovation, emotion, ability to realize and reinvent a need, attention to the environment and the person. With this intervention we aim to maintain the value of historicity, of our roots of living; at the same time we seek new construction techniques, new materials and solutions that are sustainable, always aimed at seeking harmony with nature and people. Aware of the value of the home, as a place of life, in which the individual can find harmony and experience a state of well-being, we want to leave room for everyone's way of living, because the way in which we live it changes the destiny of spaces and shapes them , realizing the creativity of the individual. All design and material choices were aimed at future-oriented construction: eco-organic and high quality. Nature is man's greatest asset and is essential for achieving a state of well-being, therefore the aim was to maximize energy savings. All this is possible thanks to the air conditioning with underfloor heating and cooling system, furthermore the thermal dispersion coefficients have been reduced thanks to effective and ecological insulators, no less important is the choice of windows and doors and the type of installation, all aimed at main qualitative objective, i.e. living in healthy environments and with maximum living comfort and well-being. Each Loft achieves quality objectives and researches design and material choices that achieve comfort and well-being: great attention has been given to acoustic comfort, making use of a specialized consultant, who thanks to measurement of the pre-renovation acoustic value could lead to the most effective sustainable choices possible. A large loggia, or rather a small winter garden, introduces you to the home. This leads to the generously sized square living room, behind which the studio stands. A small corridor leads to the large kitchen and dining room lunch, the latter overlooks, thanks to the large window, on the winter garden. These spaces can have both the value of an open space and of closed environments, according to tastes and/or needs. This leads to the sleeping area on the ground floor, where a common walk-in closet acts as a filter to the two bedrooms and to the shared bathroom. The guest bathroom complete with shower and laundry room complete the ground floor. On the first floor, more secluded, is the master bedroom with large wardrobes and bathroom.
