Varazze: Location and surroundings of this property

The municipality, part of the Beigua regional natural park, is located on the coast of the Riviera delle Palme, lying in a wide inlet between the Punta della Mola and the Punta dell'Aspera. Protected by Mount Beigua from the cold tramontana winds during autumn and winter, keeping the temperature high with peaks of 20 °C on sunny days, and exposed to the brisk, cool sea breezes of the Ligurian Sea on summer afternoons so that temperatures do not exceed 30 °C, Varazze enjoys a climate with mild temperatures all year round. In fact, the town is chosen as a destination for wintering during the winter and cooling off during the summer heat waves. The core of the historical village, dating back to the 11th century, is enclosed in the area that stretches along the hilly ridge overlooking the coastline and the valley of the Teiro stream. The medieval village was enclosed by walls - some traces of which still exist - and five gates that opened both towards the historic core and towards the suburbs stretching along the beach such as Solaro, to the east, and Borghetto to the west. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
